Established as Mariaye Metal, our roots began in the scrap metal industry, laying the groundwork for what would become a trusted name in environmental services.
With a vision for expansion, the company was restructured as MM Century Sdn. Bhd. and moved into its new headquarters at Bukit Minyak Industrial Park, Penang, positioning us to serve clients on a larger scale.
We introduced Total Waste Management, offering businesses a comprehensive solution that simplified compliance and made sustainability a seamless part of operations.
Recognising the growing challenge of electronic waste, we ventured into the e-waste industry and obtained Partial Recovery SW110 licence from the Department of Environment (DoE), cementing our role as a responsible handler of hazardous and technology-related waste.
Our commitment to excellence was recognised with the prestigious ISO 14001:2015 accreditation, a testament to our adherence to global environmental management standards.

MM Century was recognised with the SOBA Best in CSR (Meritorious Achievement) and the SEBA Best in Sustainable Waste Management awards. We launched a collection point at the Circular Economy Hub in Elmina Business Park and established a full-fledged Circular Economy Hub at the same location. We achieved key certifications including ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and ISO 45001:2018.
